The build commenced with alignment to approved plans, followed by site preparation and set-out. This ensured the structure was positioned correctly and ready for foundational works.
Foundations and framing were completed for the full two-storey structure. This stage established the form of the home and allowed subsequent works to progress without delays.
External walls, roofing, and façade elements were completed, forming a balanced front elevation. Attention was given to alignment across key structural and visual elements.
Internal works included the construction of a double-height entry void, allowing for the installation of a curved staircase and chandelier. Multiple living areas were formed, including formal and informal zones, along with a bar integrated into a secondary living space.
Bathrooms were completed with full-height stone finishes, including a built-in spa bath. Upper-level areas were finished with timber flooring, while ground-level spaces incorporated polished hard flooring suited to daily use.
Trades were coordinated across each stage of the build, with checks carried out during progression. Final works included detailed finishing, inspections, and preparation for handover.
The double-height entry and open internal layout meant several trades needed to work within the same areas at different stages. This created pressure on timing and sequencing. Work was managed in clearly defined stages, allowing each trade to complete their portion before the next began, reducing overlap and maintaining progress.
The curved staircase, chandelier, and full-height bathroom finishes required accurate placement within the structure. These elements needed to align with both framing and finishing stages. Close on-site oversight allowed adjustments during installation, ensuring each feature was positioned correctly within the build.
